Summary: Godai and Ichijo enjoy the weather.

“The weather sure is nice today, isn’t it Ichijo-san?”
Godai looked at Ichijo with that wonderful smile that always warmed his soul.
There had been no sightings of unidentified lifeforms as of late. Which was both a relief as much as it was a concern. But for now, they just took in the present moment.
It was all one could do in times like this.
“It is.” Ichijo nodded. He looked over to Godai, who began to look up towards the sky with that same smile on his face.
“I always appreciate a clear blue sky like this. Makes you feel happy to be alive, you know?” Godai’s hand slowly slid over Ichijo’s, who felt like his heart was going to jump out of his throat from the gesture. “I’m glad I met you.”
Even with that belt inside of him, warping his body with each passing day, with every single fight, the positive outlook he continued to have was admirable. In its own way, it was a show of true strength.
“I too am glad.”
“So you want to go for a run later? I think the weather is great for this.”
And it sounded like a lovely idea.
