Minato's body had frozen in time as the fight behind him raged on, his uniform soaked in the blood of Suzuya. He couldn't even focus on his fellow classmates as they each fell one by one, weapons dropped onto the ground. Creating a scene of swords, bodies, and blood.
Calamity enveloped every inch of the academy all while Minato was fixated on Geryon's words. They struck him to his very core, echoing in his mind— that all of this was his fault.
And he was right.
It was a mistake that would haunt him for the rest of his life.
