Once dusk had come, it was time to close up shop. Hajime lent a helping hand, storing the saucers and cups. A new day would come, and the battle continuing on.

His thoughts were interrupted, “Hajime!” Amane beamed as she ran towards him. “Let’s see the fireflies tonight!”
Smiling, “Sure.” Leaning on the guard rails outside, Hajime watched Amane catch fireflies with her hands. Watching and appreciating this moment of human joy.
