Yatsude really knew how to make a cafe, feel like home. Stacey knew he could only keep coming back for so long. At some point, he knew that this cannot continue. But for now— He’d focus on the colorful sundae he was served. Taking in the moment, and forgetting everything else. Even if it was for just a minute.
Before Colorful, before meeting Yatsude— When did Stacey last have something so delicious? He wasn’t sure. The combination of flavors from all the ingredients… It was something special.
And just maybe, the kindness Yatsude showed him made it all the sweeter.
